| All school | HuttFest 2026 - Wk 6 Leaders A reminder that we have our regular meeting at interval in H9 on Fridays. Junior Group A reminder that you have practice in the canteen during period 5 on Wednesday. Please remember your lavalava. Senior Group Important: Please remember that we have practice every Monday and Wednesday. Monday practices are in the gym 4:30-7pm. Wednesday practices are in the canteen 3:30-5:30pm. Please pay your HuttFest fee of $50 directly to the office before the 19th of June. Please see Mr Palamo if you have any questions or need to excuse yourself. |

| All school | Swimming - Entries are now open to all students for the 2026 SBC Swimming Championships. The event will be held early in Term 3. To start the entry process please join the Google Classroom – gohoicbw - entrants will be able to choose from a range of traditional events - butterfly, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and medley. Length of races will be no longer than 100m. You will need to be able to confidently swim 50m in any one or more of the event types listed above to compete in the competition. Please join the Google Classroom by Friday 19 June. |
| All school | Upcoming Tests - in the weeks of June 15 and 22 all senior students will be doing test like assessments in all subjects that have external exams. These will be done in class and under test conditions. Your teachers will give you more details. This is an opportunity for all students to practice sitting external type assessments and get feedback on how they are going so far this year. A timetable will be distributed in the coming weeks. |
| All school | Year 12 and 13 School Ball Preparation is underway for this year's ball to be held on Saturday 22nd August at Te Papa. If you wish to attend the ball a deposit of $30.00 is required by Friday 5th June. When paying this deposit, please confirm if this is for 1 or 2 tickets. |
